Chief Executive Officer：Lin Chao Hui

Chao Hui Lin founded GS-Solar (Cayman) Company Limited in 2008 and currently serves as the CEO. Mr. Lin started in the solar industry in 1999, where he founded Golden Sun Solar Lighting Co. Ltd. Golden Sun was primarily involved in the manufacturing and development of solar consumer products and outdoor lighting. Mr. Lin developed business relationships and fostered solar market growth for many of the world’s top retailers and distributors for solar products. These partners include Wal-mart, Target and the Kingfisher Group. From 1994-1999, Mr. Lin founded Yuanyu Co. which primarily was involved in manufacturing of gift products and accessories. Mr. Lin brings great leadership and understanding of the manufacturing process to GS-Solar. Mr. Lin holds a bachelor’s degree in Science from Yang En University.

Chief Financial Officer：John Chen

John Chen joined GS-Solar (Cayman) Company Limited as our CFO in June 2008. John started as a vice president at the investment banking department at Bear Stearns Asia Limited in February 2000 and was promoted to senior managing director in 2007 responsible for corporate finance for private enterprises in China and Hong Kong. From 1995 to 2000, John was a vice president at Chase Manhattan Bank's telecommunications, media and technology corporate finance group in Hong Kong focusing on project and corporate finance, and corporate advisory for telecom and technology companies in Asia. Previously, he was Senior Technical Consultant at Lucent Technologies in Hong Kong and at AT&T Bell Laboratories from 1990 to 1995.John holds a bachelor degree in electrical engineering from City College of New York and a master degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University.
